Our Team
BROS is a family-owned crew serving seriously awesome burgers and sandwiches on the Outer Banks, in Avon and Nags Head, NC. We're always looking for good people to grind, grill, and greet alongside us.
It's fast, it's fun, and the food is real. We hand-form fresh-ground burgers every day, brine our chicken for 24 hours, smoke our pork and wings in-house, and make most of our sauces from scratch. We take pride in every plate that goes out the window, and you'll be part of a tight team that works hard, has each other's backs, and actually likes showing up.
